The ladies of Cornettsville joined together to support the reenactment of the Battle of Leatherwood through appearances and interpretations of those ladies of old who supported confederate troops of Company B, 13th Cavalry, -- encamped here in October of 1862. The ladies created their own period dress and were stunning in their evening appearance at the Military Ball.

Mildred Lee Rogers, her mother, and an unidentified lady

In addition to the ladies who reenacted, the Camp was blessed with ladies who volunteered to provide much appreciated tangible support (victuals) to the reenactors.
