Tim & Okie Blair

Tim and Okie Blair live on Sycamore Loop at Jeremiah, Kentucky. They are the sons of Bruce and Mary Ellen (Caudill) Blair. Tim works as a carpenter and mason. Okie assists and works for others in the community. Tim joined the Sons on the ancestry of Pvt. James C. Back. Okie joined the 13th on Corporal William B. (Cow Mouth) Caudill. They joined in 1995. They have been instrumental in assisting in setting the stones and are always ready to lend a helping head. Both have planned and worked on setting flagpoles for veterans from the Revolutionary war to Vietnam. Both have participated in the dedications honoring our ancestors. They have attended several reenactments and are avid readers about this era. They possess vast knowledge about the Civil War and in particular, the 13th Kentucky Calvary. They have served the cause well and represent the Camp by living up to the standards of Southern chivalry. Let's tip our Kepis to Tim and Okie our boys in gray! [Camp Newsletter]
