Wayne Watts

First Sergeant Wayne Watts (U.S. Army, Retired) is the descendant of William B. "Cow Mouth Bill" Caudill who served in the 13th Cavalry as a Second Corporal. Wayne serves the Camp as a Reenactor and contributes his Army skills to add realism to the events. He also served as a reenactor of Calvary at Fort Hood with an Honor Detail while on active duty. When not defending the Cause, he continues to serve his country and community as the Senior Army Instructor of the Whitesburg High Junior ROTC program.
